A really, crucially important part of the property investing process is creating incredible goals.
I’m not talking about average, run of the mill, “I want to buy a house one day” goals.
I’m talking about those epic, pie in the sky dreams that help you connect to your purpose and push through the challenging days, because you’re so excited by the possibilities ahead that nothing can truly bring you down!
It might include something as bold as saying, “I want to have 20 properties in my portfolio.”
Or it could be related to the type of lifestyle you wish to achieve, such as, “I want to live in an exclusive, gated community where I rub shoulders with the rich and famous.
A community much like Indian Creek Island, a community in Florida, Miami that attracts only the wealthiest and move private celebrities, CEOs and billionaires.
Their homes are fringed by water on one side and golf courses on the other, giving each of the 40-odd homes on the island complete privacy and exquisite views. Wouldn’t it be nice…
