3 year fixed rates of 3.99% – and lower?

blue-rendered-outline-house-and-yellow-percent-signI’ve been investing in property for a long time and I’ve got to admit – I’ve never seen mortgage interest rates sink this low.

Even after the Global Financial Crisis (GFC), when the Reserve Bank madly lowered the cash rate to reinvigorate the economy, the lowest that interest rates dropped to was around 4.99%.

Today, variable rates are between 4.00-5.00% and fixed rates can be secured for as low at 3.67% for three years!

Here’s a summary of some of the best fixed rate deals in the market right now:

loans.com.au 3 Years Fixed Special Offer (LVR <80%)
