I have been feeling for the last few years that I would like to earn more money passively so I could just enjoy working rather than needing to work. I also want to be able to spend lots of time with my children.
I feel most confident about investing in property compared to other types of investments but I didn’t know enough to make a good investment decision. Real Wealth Australia have helped me to feel confident with the numbers and the hard facts rather than just having a feeling that investing is a good thing to do. I was able to make sure that my cash flow would work for my family so that this investment can be a long term hold.
Real Wealth Australia also helped me to figure out where to look and narrow my search process so it was far more focused. Rather than spending months and years looking at various strategies they have helped me figure out how to invest and to be able to keep on investing. Before enrolling in the mentoring I didn’t even feel confident that I could buy and hold one property, I never realised I would be able to buy two properties and that once that happened it would get easier and easier to invest further as I continued to build my equity.

We purchased our latest investment property under the median in an area where the last remaining blocks have been sold. This will help us with capital growth and the property is only 3 yrs old so the depreciation is still good.

This is my 3rd purchase since joining the Real Wealth Australia’s program. This purchase at under market value (yes it needs work) has seen potentially over 10% growth during settlement.
